Welcome to PlanMyPickle, operated by BITECADDY LLC, doing business as PlanMyPickle ("PlanMyPickle," "we," "us"). By creating an account, organizing or registering for an event, or otherwise using planmypickle.com, app.planmypickle.com and our mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
Organizers are responsible for the events they create, including any registration fees they collect.
Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

SMS text messaging program

PlanMyPickle sends tournament match alerts — texts telling registered players when their match is starting and which court to go to.

Opt-in: you opt in by ticking the event-alerts checkbox — unchecked by default — when you create an account or register for a tournament and provide your mobile number. Giving us your number does not by itself opt you in, and consent is not a condition of registering or using the Service.
Message frequency varies based on tournament activity (typically only on event days).
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message; you'll receive a confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email support@planmypickle.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Tournament alerts (marketing texts)

Separately, and only if you tick a second, unchecked-by-default box, PlanMyPickle sends occasional texts about upcoming tournaments and leagues near you that are listed on PlanMyPickle. These texts come from PlanMyPickle only.

Opt-in: by ticking the box labelled “Text me about tournaments and leagues near me from PlanMyPickle, up to 4 messages a month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help.” at sign-up or event registration. Ticking the match-alerts box does not opt you in to these.
Message frequency: up to 4 messages a month, sent between 9 AM and 8 PM Pacific.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message, or turn off “Tournament texts” in the app. For help, reply HELP or email support@planmypickle.com.
Organizers never see your number. PlanMyPickle is the only sender, and we never share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Payments

Where an event charges a registration fee, payment terms are set by the organizer. PlanMyPickle is not responsible for disputes between players and organizers over fees.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanMyPickle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
