Welcome to PlanMyPickle. By creating an account, organizing or registering for an event, or otherwise using planmypickle.com and app.planmypickle.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
Organizers are responsible for the events they create, including any registration fees they collect.
Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

SMS text messaging program

PlanMyPickle sends tournament match alerts — texts telling registered players when their match is starting and which court to go to.

Opt-in: By providing your mobile number when registering for a tournament, you consent to receive these SMS alerts for events you've registered for.
Message frequency varies based on tournament activity (typically only on event days).
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message; you'll receive a confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email support@planmypickle.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Where an event charges a registration fee, payment terms are set by the organizer. PlanMyPickle is not responsible for disputes between players and organizers over fees.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanMyPickle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
