Every approved coach gets a public page at planmypickle.com and a place in Find a coach. Players book from there; the lesson, the clips and the drills live in the app.

Your students in one list. Message them, assign a drill or a whole program to the group, review their clips and send video feedback, all from the Coach tab.

• Their clips, your feedback. A student uploads a clip; you annotate it with callouts, arrows and circles, add a note, and they get a push.
• Technique comparison: a frame of the student’s stroke stacked over a pro’s, with callouts on each, shareable as a picture.
• Match analysis by PB Vision: upload a match and the AI returns shot counts, kitchen arrivals, court coverage and the rallies worth watching, inside the coaching thread. It costs $12.99 a match, paid when the analysis is run; it is not part of the free plan. PlanMyPickle is a connected app on PB Vision.
• Skill ratings, goals and a practice streak on every student’s page, so progress is a number, not a feeling.

Post a class or a clinic, sell seats and credit packs in the app, and the money goes to your own bank through Stripe. PlanMyPickle takes no cut.

• Post a class: title, where, when, price, seats; repeat it weekly for a course. A full class keeps a waitlist, and a freed paid seat is offered to the next person with a claim window, never charged silently.
• Class packs: credit bundles at a discount; a student spends one credit per paid class.
• 1:1 lessons paid at booking when you turn it on: your hourly rate, a lesson credit used first, and a full refund if you decline.
• Reminders and check-in: students get a reminder before class and can add it to their calendar. At a club, the desk checks them in.
• Your cancellation policy: flexible, moderate or strict, shown on every class card.
• Paid straight to your bank. PlanMyPickle takes nothing from your price; card processing is added at checkout for the student. At a club, the club may take its own share (see below). A refund returns the price, not that card fee, so you only give back what you received.

A club makes you one of its coaches on a seat the club pays for. Your classes hold its courts, its desk checks your students in, and you see the club’s rules up front.

What the club sees of you: students, classes held, drills, feedback and attendance as counts. Never your notes or messages.

Free for your first three students. A club you teach at covers you for as many as you like. Payouts go to your own Stripe account and PlanMyPickle takes no cut of your classes, lessons or packs; a club you teach at may take its own share, as its rules say. PB Vision match analysis is the one extra: $12.99 a match, on any plan.
