Game day: scan in, get called, score it yourself

Scan the QR at the door and you are checked in. When your court is up your phone buzzes (a push, and a text if the organizer turned texts on and you opted in), and the venue TV says your name. After the game, scan the courtside QR and enter the score; the standings update before you reach the water cooler.

Your schedule, court time first

  • Open matches at your level: find a game by DUPR range at your club, or open one from your booking and let the app invite players who fit.
  • Split pay: each player pays their own share of the court.
  • Open play: take a spot, check in from your phone, leave with a refund inside the window.
  • Classes and lessons with the club’s coaches, paid in the app.

What it costs you

Nothing. The app is free for players. On a paid tournament entry you pay the entry and Stripe’s card processing, shown before you pay. An organizer’s own events carry no PlanMyPickle service fee; on a club’s events, once billing turns on, it is 2% of a paid entry, its own line. A free event has no fee at all.
